I'd just like to thank you for the commitment you all have to upkeep the excellent customer service and quality auto care that is unrivaled in your industry. You recently finished giving my car a much-needed tune-up and a recommended fuel injector service. I hadn't realized how much the performance of my car had degraded over the past few years, until I started the engine after the tune-up. WOW! My car hasn't run this well for years! Furthermore my gas mileage increased by roughly 4 miles per gallon. That may not sound like a huge amount, but I filled my gas tank about 3 times a week. After the service, I now get an extra 50 miles to a tank of gas and save an extra $60 per month! Thank you, thank you, and thank you! I can't imagine taking my car to any other shop again. I have referred, and will continue to refer, my friends, family, and the stranger in the grocery store.

With some experience in automotive repair myself, I am able to tell when I have been dealt with honestly and fairly; 3 D always, without exception, left me feeling that the best work has been done for me at a good price. I will continue to take all my automotive needs to your shop, and will recommend your services to my friends. I am happy to write a letter of recommendation for 3 D Automotive. They really are "HONEST" mechanics.
 
I answered their ad in 2001, because the brakes on my 7 year old Mazda screeched occasionally. 3 D auto checked out my car and reassured me my brakes were fine for another 50,000 miles. Cost was $0. I do believe someone else would have sold me a $400.00 brake job, I didn't need.
 
Through the years there have been times my car needed, maintenance, minor and major repairs. They provided not only open honest work, but looked for me to find parts at the best prices. They have checked out my car, done small things, often at no charge, and have given me straight forward information and advice.
 
I bought a PT Cruiser in 2004, sadly wrote a good-bye note to 3 D , thinking I had to use the Chrysler dealer while my car was under guarantee. Diane sent me a copy of the Magnuson-Moss Act, showing me I had a choice of who did my vehicle maintenance work. (3 D charges less by $100 to $200 for the same services.) Most recently they evaluated my car and told me the problem was something that should be under the Manufacture guarantee, even giving me the printed service bulletin from the manufacture.
 
The Chrysler dealer tried to say, "It might be "plugs or something" and that wouldn't be covered". I replied, "If it was plugs my mechanics would have told me that changed them and not told me the car needed re flashed". My car was fixed by Chrysler, under guarantee and at no cost to me. Thank you 3 D!
 
Another help is that I am provided with timely transportation to and from my job. All of this makes an older single woman feel a lot less vulnerable. I refer others to them with no reservations, and count on 3 D Automotive as a blessing in my life. I applaud Diane and her crew for the service they provide our community.

I have been doing business with 3 D Automotive since they were a one car shop in Marysville. They are the same reasonable rates, quality work, honest friendly people they were in the beginning. They have grown in size. I have a story about Dave's honesty that saved me a hundred dollars or more and their towing my rigs & giving me ride's home. I have had 4 different vehicles over the years and I wouldn't let anyone else work on my family's transportation. Plus they are just plain nice folks too!

Looking to save time on my schedule I tried another shop in the area that is open on Saturdays. I had a timing chain replaced. A brief time after I heard a funny noise. I went back to the same shop and was told it was a rod or wrist pin noise in my engine. A short bit later my vehicle broke down and had to be towed again. This time I had it taken to 3 D Automotive Services my regular shop. The ASE Master Technician told me it was my timing chain. We had the other shop tow it back to their establishment and replace the timing chain under warranty. At a recent maintenance visit I had 3 D Automotive Services perform a full tune-up. I told them they are well worth waiting for!  So much for saving time going elsewhere.
